Non-Executive Officer definition

Non-Executive Officer means an officer of TCPL who is not also a senior officer of TransCanada Corporation with an executive officer title.
Non-Executive Officer means Employees who are not designated as Executive Officers by the Board.
Non-Executive Officer means a Participant who is not an Executive Officer or a Retiree.
