For purposes of applying this Article to a Participating Employer, the Participating Employer and any business which is related to that Participating Employer shall be the "Employer" for purposes of Section 9.1, and the terms "Key Employee" and "Non-Key Employee" shall refer only to the Employees of that Participating Employer.
