Nonrecruitment of Employees shall not apply in Wisconsin. The Restricted Period for the nonrecruitment of Company employees in Paragraph 10 shall be eighteen (18) months in the following states: Alabama.
Recruitment means the total proc- ess by which the Federal Government and the Federal agencies locate, iden- tify and assist in the employment of qualified applicants from underrep- resented groups for job openings in cat- egories of employment where underrep- resentation has been determined. It in- cludes both innovative internal and ex- ternal recruitment actions. It is also intended to cover processes designed to prepare qualifiable applicants (those who have the potential but do not pres- ently meet valid qualification require- ments) for such job openings through Office of Personnel Management § 720.204 programs of training, work experience or both.
Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.
Key Executives means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, jointly and severally.
Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.
Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Protected Employees means employees of the Company who were employed by the Company at any time within six (6) months prior to the Determination Date.
Management Employee means an employee having responsibility for formulating, administering or managing the implementation of District policies and programs.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Recruitment fees means fees of any type, including charges, costs, assessments, or other financial obligations, that are associated with the recruiting process, regardless of the time, manner, or location of imposition or collection of the fee.
Employees Stock Option” means the option given to the directors, officers or employees of a company or of its holding company or subsidiary company or companies, if any, which gives such directors, officers or employees, the benefit or right to purchase, or to subscribe for, the shares of the company at a future date at a pre-determined price.
Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.
Number of Employees enter the total number of Employees in the employment category employed to provide services under the Contract during the report period, including part time Employees and Employees of subcontractors.
Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.
Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

Key Employees means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.
Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.
Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.
Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.
Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.
Covered Executives means the Company’s current and former executive officers, as determined by the Administrator in accordance with the definition of executive officer set forth in Rule 10D-1 and the Listing Standards.
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
