Normal Pregnancy definition

Normal Pregnancy or “Childbirth” means a pregnancy or childbirth that is free of complications or problems.
Normal Pregnancy means symptoms which normally accompany pregnancy which are of a minor and/or temporary nature (such as morning sickness and dizzy spells) and which do not represent a significant medical hazard to mother or baby;
Normal Pregnancy or “Childbirth” means a pregnancy or childbirth that is free of Complications of Pregnancy.

  • Normal Pregnancy includes all conditions arising from pregnancy or delivery, including any condition usually associated with the management of a difficult pregnancy that is not defined below as an Involuntary Complication of Pregnancy.

  • No benefits will be paid for any loss for, caused by, or resulting from:(a) Transportation taken against the advice of the attending Physician; or(b) intentionally self-inflicted Injury, suicide, or attempted suicide of the Insured; or(c) the Insured or Traveling Companion traveling for the purpose of securing medical treatment; or(d) Normal Pregnancy or Childbirth, or elective abortion.

  • The pregnancy must occur after the effective date of coverage and must be verified by medical records;(h) the Insured or Traveling Companion has Complications of Pregnancy or a Normal Pregnancy or Childbirth.

  • Specialnotes:Pregnancy:When a claim is made by You for a pregnancy or childbirth related condition, We may refer to a Doctor who specialises in Obstetrics for an opinion as to whether the condition is a Normal Pregnancy and Childbirth Related Condition.

Normal Pregnancy or “Normal Childbirth” means a pregnancy or childbirth that is free of complications or problems. “Physician” means a licensed practitioner of medical, surgical, dental, services or the healing arts including accredited Christian Science Practitioner, acting within the scope of his/her license. The treating physician cannot be the Insured, a Traveling Companion, or a Family Member, or a Business Partner. “Primary Residence” means an Insured’s fixed, permanent and main home for legal and tax purposes; or a residence from which the Insured is leaving to start his/her Event.
