Normative Availability definition

Normative Availability shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 5.1.4;
Normative Availability means the level of Availability as stipulated in Performance Standards under Schedule F; “Operation & Maintenance or O&M” means the operation and maintenance of the Project during the Operation Period as per Standards and Specifications and provision of Services and includes but is not limited to functions of maintenance and performance of other services incidental thereto in terms of this Agreement;
Normative Availability means ninety percent (90%) Availability of the Contracted Capacity at the Interconnection Point on Contract Year basis;

Examples of Normative Availability in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that the Damages to be deducted for any reduction in Normative Availability shall be 25% (twenty five per cent) of the Fixed Charge which is reduced on account of shortfall in Availability below Normative availability.
