Not In Motion definition

Not In Motion means all circumstances not covered by in motion.
Not In Motion means while the aircraft is not-in-flight, nor moving under its own power or momentum therefrom. With respect to an aircraft that is a rotorcraft, not-in-motion shall also mean whenever the rotors are not rotating.

  • Bankruptcy Court has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Reorganized Company means the domestic stock company into which a mutual company has been converted, converted and merged, or converted and consolidated.

  • Pre-Service Claim means a claim for a medical care benefit with respect to which the plan conditions receipt of the benefit, in whole or in part, on approval of the benefit in advance of receipt of care.

  • Appeal means a request for a review of the Floodplain Administrator's interpretation of any provision of this ordinance.
