Related to Notarial Deed of Transfer

  • Deed of Transfer means the notarial deeds to be executed by each of the Sellers, the Purchaser and the Notary in the form set out in Schedule 7 “Deed of Transfer”;

  • Date of Transfer means the date of registration of transfer of the Property into the name of the Purchaser in the Deeds Registry in Pietermaritzburg;
