First Sale. Company shall report to Medical School the date of first commercial sale of each Licensed Product within thirty (30) days of occurrence in each country.

First Sale. Company shall report to University the date of first commercial sale of each Licensed Product within thirty (30) days after occurrence in each country.

First Sale. The Licensee will report to The Regents the date of first Sale of a Licensed Product or Licensed Service in each country in its first progress and royalty reports following such first Sale of a Licensed Product or Licensed Service.
