Notice and Order definition

Notice and Order means a written notice issued by the City to the Property Owner stating the reason(s) why a building/property must be secured, the date by which it must be secured, the method(s) for securing the building, and the appeal process.
Notice and Order means a document used in abatement and civil penalties actions which provides notice of Municipal Code or applicable state code violations and orders a Responsible Person to take certain steps to correct the violations.

More Definitions of Notice and Order

Notice and Order means a formal notice informing a party about the existence of a certain condition or situation which constitutes an infraction or misdemeanor violation of the Etna Municipal Code, a public nuisance, or a violation of any applicable statute, rule, code or regulation.

  • Firm Transmission Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 19.3 and Tariff, Part III, section 32.3.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Substantial and Compelling Reason in the Public Interest means a reason that is justified by an important, specific, and articulated public interest goal that is within ICANN's mission and consistent with a balanced application of ICANN's core values as defined in ICANN's Bylaws.
