Notice and Settlement Administration Costs definition

Notice and Settlement Administration Costs means all fees, costs, and other expenses, without limitation, relating to the Settlement Administrator’s implementation and administration of this Agreement.
Notice and Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and expenses actually incurred by the Settlement Administrator relating to (i) publication of Class Notice and handling of the notification duties imposed by Mo. R. Civ. P. 52.08(c)(2), in accordance with the Notice Plan; (ii) establishment of the Settlement Website; (iii) processing, review, payment, and handling of all Claims; and (iv) all other activities relating to the administration of the Settlement, as set forth in this Settlement Agreement, or as otherwise reasonably necessary to administer the Settlement.
Notice and Settlement Administration Costs means actual costs associated with or arising from providing notice to Settlement Class Members and performing Settlement Administration in connection with the Settlement.

  • Viatical settlement broker means a person, including a life insurance producer as provided for in section 508E.3, who, working exclusively on behalf of a viator and for a fee, commission, or other valuable consideration, offers or attempts to negotiate viatical settlement contracts between a viator and one or more viatical settlement providers or one or more viatical settlement brokers.
