Examples of Notice Database in a sentence
If the claimant’s name matches the name on the Notice Database or Class List generated from Xxxxx Fargo’s records, that claim will be approved, subject to the limitation that only one claim will be paid to each Settlement Class Member.
If their cell phone number is on the Notice Database or Class List, even without a name and / or address, they are an Unidentified Class Member and are qualified to file a claim.
The Claims Administrator shall use the Notice Database to obtain each Class Member's last known address.
To facilitate the notice and claims administration process, Xxxxx Fargo will provide to the Claims Administrator, in an electronically searchable and readable format, a Notice Database which includes the names, last known mailing addresses, account numbers and cellular telephone numbers called for all suspected Class Members, as such information is contained in the reasonably available computerized account records Xxxxx Fargo maintains for the Consumer Credit Card Accounts it services.
However, some unascertainable number of Class Members are subscribers to phones used by Xxxxx Fargo customers or otherwise received calls intended for Xxxxx Fargo’s customers but are not identified within Xxxxx Fargo’s records and, hence, will not be within the Notice Database and Class List, and therefore likely learned of the Settlement by publication and / or internet notice.
