Notice of Certification and Settlement Approval definition

Notice of Certification and Settlement Approval means the form or forms of notice, agreed to by the Plaintiffs and the Settling Defendants, or such other form or forms of notice as may be approved by the Courts, which informs the Settlement Class of: (i) the certification or authorization of the Proceedings as class proceedings for settlement purposes, (ii) the approval of this Settlement Agreement, and (iii) the process by which Settlement Class Members may apply to obtain compensation from the Settlement Amount, if applicable.
