Notice of Delegation definition

Notice of Delegation means a formal notice used to delegate authority to make an electronic submission to the accounts administrator.
Notice of Delegation has the meaning set out in Section 4.1 of this Agreement.
Notice of Delegation has the meaning given in Section 25.16(b) of the Project Agreement.
