Notice of Final Acceptance or “Final Acceptance” shall mean the written certification of final acceptance of the Public Improvements and, except as otherwise provided herein, the transfer of maintenance of the Public Improvements to the Town.

Notice of Final Acceptance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.1.1 hereof.

Notice of Final Acceptance means the notice provided by Owner following the ramp-up in operations of the Shop as described in Article 8.6,

Upon issuance of the Notice of Final Acceptance, the Maintenance Guarantee shall be released to Developer, and the Town shall thereafter maintain the Public Improvements dedicated to the Town.
Failure of the Developer to make a timely request for the issuance of a Notice of Final Acceptance shall not limit the Town’s rights hereunder nor shall it limit the Town’s right to utilize the Public Improvements as the Town deems appropriate.

More Definitions of Notice of Final Acceptance

Notice of Final Acceptance or “Final Acceptance” shall mean the written certification of final acceptance of the Public Improvements issued subsequent to the warranty period.

"Payment Schedule" means the payment schedule set forth a Purchase Order, as adjusted in accordance with this Agreement. "Person" means any individual, limited liability company, partnership, corporation, association, business, trust, government, or political subdivision thereof, Governmental Authority, or other entity. "Personnel" means, with respect to a Person, means all personnel employed or used by the Person or its subcontractor, including any personnel, staff, labor, employees, shareholders, directors, officers, partners, members, representatives, agents, consultants, experts, and any other workers of the Person or its subcontractor.

Notice of Final Acceptance means a final written notification by the City to Vendor confirming that the City has accepted the completeness and adequacy of all Deliverables specified in such notice by the City;
