Section 6.7.2 Sample Clauses

Section 6.7.2. 24 All new and open routes that increase by thirty (30) minutes or more, by the end of the third (3rd) 25 week of the school year, shall be re-posted. Any new or open routes that increase by thirty (30) 26 minutes or more during the school year shall be re-posted within thirty (30) days of the increase in 27 time.
Section 6.7.2Compensatory time may be granted at the employee's request and with the approval of the 25 appropriate administrator. Such time will be accumulated on the same basis as overtime. 26 Earned comp time must be taken at a mutually agreeable time no later than the end of the pay 27 period following the month in which it was earned or it will be paid as soon as practicable 28 thereafter. All compensatory time shall be maintained in the form of written records on White 29 River School District compensatory time record forms. 31 Section 6.8. 32 Employees requested to move out of their position, or a portion of their position, and substitute in a 33 position normally filled by a higher classification, employee shall receive compensation for the number 34 of hours worked in the higher rated position in accordance with the language in Article XV,
Section 6.7.2. 6 No existing employee shall be paid less than their own rate of pay for voluntarily moving out of 7 their regular position, or a portion of their position, to substitute in a lower, equal or higher rated 8 position.
Section 6.7.2. 8 Overtime shall be calculated in the following manner: 1) only actual hours worked (including 9 call-outs) shall be used for purposes of the forty (40) hour calculation, 2) work on holidays will 10 be paid at two (2) times the employee’s base pay, 3) work on holidays shall be counted for 11 purposes of the forty (40) hour calculation (e.g., an employee works 3 ½ hours on a holiday and 12 works a total of forty-three and a half (43 ½) hours in the workweek, the employee shall be 13 compensated 3 ½ hours double time for the holiday and 3 ½ hour overtime pay at one and one 14 half (1 ½)times for hours above forty (40), 4) all hours worked on Saturday will be paid at one 15 and one half (1 ½) times the employee’s base pay, 5) all hours worked on Sunday will be paid at 16 two (2) times the employee’s base pay.
Section 6.7.2. 11 Employees shall be paid for all hours worked. Employees will make reasonable efforts to 12 inform the supervisor about emergent issues that require overtime work.

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 4.5 37 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.
