Notice of Sale The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.16.
Notice of Appeal means a notice given pursuant to Condition 6.2.
Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.
Notice of Motion means a notice setting out the text of a motion, which it is proposed to move at the next relevant meeting;
Notice of Extension has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.

Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
Notice of Hearing means a notice containing the information set out in Schedule VIII;
Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the Settlement website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Settlement Class members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
Request for Release A release signed by a Servicing Officer, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
Non-responsive Bid means a bid, which is not submitted as per the instructions to the bidders or Earnest Money Deposit has not been attached, or the required data has not been provided with the Bid or intentional errors have been committed in the Bid.
