Notice of Intent (NOI) definition

Notice of Intent (NOI) means a written notice to the Department which provides detailed information concerning renovations of RACM and all demolitions.
Notice of Intent (NOI) means the notice of intent that is required by either the industrial general permit or the construction general permit.
Notice of Intent (NOI) means a form used by potential permittees to notify the Department, within a specified time that they intend to comply with the general permit, or that they do not desire to be covered by the general permit and desire an individual construction permit.
