The Exchange shall issue a Notice of Investigation (NoI) notifying the Member, Member Representative or the Dealer concerned that an investigation has been commenced.
If new allegations are raised during the investigation that are materially different from those described in the Notice of Investigation, a revised Notice of Investigation will be issued to the Parties.
Once the Notice of Investigation has been delivered to the parties, the Investigation phase begins.
