Examples of Notice of Mediation in a sentence

  • Notice of Mediation shall identify the dispute at issue and designate an executive officer or other management official who will represent the party at the proceeding.

  • If a Dispute remains unresolved for sixty (60) days after receipt of the Notice of Mediation, either Party may then submit the Dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in the state in which the System is installed.

  • Notice of Settlement means the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
