Notice to Tenderers definition

Notice to Tenderers means a notice to Tenderers given under clause 3.3 of these Conditions of Tender.
Notice to Tenderers means any notice provided by the Bank to Tenderers in accordance with item 25.1 below;
Notice to Tenderers means any notice provided by the ECVN to Tenderers.

  • e-Tender means Bids / Quotation / Tender received from a Firm / Tenderer / Bidder online.

  • Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).

  • Request for Tender means the Request for Tender given to prospective tenderers inviting offers to tender for the supply of the Goods and Services of which these General Conditions of Contract form part.
