Novartis Group means Novartis AG and each corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other business organization (each a “Business Entity”) more than 50% of the voting power of which is owned by Novartis AG either directly or indirectly through one or more intermediate Business Entities more than 50% of the voting power of each of which is owned either directly by Novartis AG or by another such intermediate Business Entity.
