NOx Technical Code definition

NOx Technical Code means the Technical Code on Control of Emission of Nitrogen Oxides from Marine Diesel Engines adopted by resolution 2 of the 1997 MARPOL Conference, as amended by the Organization, provided that such amendments are adopted and brought into force in accordance with the provisions of article 16 of the present Convention.
NOx Technical Code means the Technical Code on Control of Emission of Nitrogen Oxides from Marine Diesel Engines adopted by Conference resolution 2, as may be amended by the Organization, provided that such amendments are adopted and brought into force in accordance with the provisions of article 16 of the present Convention concerning amendment procedures applicable to an appendix to an Annex.
NOx Technical Code means the Technical Code on Control of Emission of Nitrogen Oxides from Marine Diesel Engines and includes any document amending it which is considered by the Minister to be relevant from time to time and is specified in a Merchant Shipping Notice;
