NRPS Benchmark Table definition

NRPS Benchmark Table means the table set out in Appendix 1 (NRPS Benchmark Table) of Schedule 7.2 (National Rail Passenger Surveys and Customer and Communities Improvement Fund);
NRPS Benchmark Table has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 7.2 (Customer Experience and Engagement);
NRPS Benchmark Table means the table(s) set out in Appendix 1 (NRPS Benchmark Table) to Schedule 7.2 (National Rail Passenger Surveys and CCI Scheme); “NRPS Measure” means each of the factors set out in the Passenger Survey Methodology and grouped as “Stations”, “Trains” and “Customer Services”, and “Dealing With Delays" as categorised in Appendix 4 to Schedule 7.2; “Off-Peak Passenger Service” means a Passenger Service that is not a Morning Peak service or an Evening Peak service; “Open Travel Data” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9 of Schedule 1.5 (Information About Passengers); “Operating Assets” means all assets (including any Intellectual Property Rights or intangible assets) employed by TfWRL in the performance of TfWRL’s obligations under this Agreement; “Original Rolling Stock” has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.1(a) of Schedule1.6 (The Rolling Stock); “ORR” means the Office of Rail and Road established by Section 15 of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 and having duties and obligations as set out in the Act; “Partial Cancellation” means a Passenger Service which is included in the Enforcement Plan of the Day and which:

Related to NRPS Benchmark Table

  • Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement means the applicable Benchmark Replacement excluding the related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment.

  • Interpolated Benchmark with respect to the Benchmark means the rate determined for the Corresponding Tenor by interpolating on a linear basis between: (1) the Benchmark for the longest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is shorter than the Corresponding Tenor and (2) the Benchmark for the shortest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is longer than the Corresponding Tenor.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Daily Measurement Value means the Specified Dollar Amount (if any), divided by 40.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Table means the table at the end of this §4a.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Payout means that time at which cash distributions have been made by the Limited Partnership to the Unit Holders (together with their predecessors in interest) pursuant to Section 5.1 of the Limited Partnership Agreement (together with any distributions to such Unit Holders pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Limited Partnership Agreement), in an aggregate amount equal to the Unit Holders' Subscriptions to the Limited Partnership.

  • Specific goals means specific goals as contemplated in section 2(1)(d) of the PPPFA which may include contracting with persons, or group of persons, historically disadvantaged by unfair discrimination on the basis of race, gender and disability including the implementation of programmes of the Reconstruction and Development Programme as published in Government Gazette No. 16085 dated 23 November 1994.
