NYISO OATT definition

NYISO OATT means the FERC-approved Open Access Transmission Tariff for the NYISO and/or the FERC-approved Service Tariff for the NYISO, as applicable, and as it may be amended from time to time.
NYISO OATT means the New York Independent System Operator Open Access Transmission Tariff revised as of 12/27/99, as amended and superseded from time to time.
NYISO OATT means the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff, as it may be amended by the NYISO.

  • Developer has accepted, and will provide Security in the form of a letter of credit to the Affected System Operator to cover, the following ASO Estimated Total Costs for the Affected System Upgrade Facilities identified in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for Class Year 2019 pursuant to Section 25.8.2 of Attachment S of the NYISO OATT.

More Definitions of NYISO OATT

NYISO OATT means the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff, current as of the Effective Date of this Agreement and as may be modified.
NYISO OATT. The Open Access Transmission Tariff for NYISO, as approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff thereto.
NYISO OATT means the Open Access Transmission Tariff of the NYISO on file with the FERC.

  • NYISO means the New York Independent System Operator.

  • PJM EIS GATS means the PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. Generation Attribute Tracking System.

A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Renewable energy means energy derived from sunlight, wind, falling water, biomass, sustainable or

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • CAISO Tariff means the CAISO FERC Electric Tariff, Fifth Replacement Volume No. 1, as amended from time to time.

  • Renewable Energy Credits or “RECs” – means a renewable energy credit as defined in the Green-e Energy National Standard and shall include all the renewable attributes associated with the applicable level of corresponding energy production.

  • Net energy metering means measuring the difference, over the net metering period, between (i)

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • System Operations means the Power Producer's operation; maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance the requirement herein.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • CAISO means the California Independent System Operator Corporation or any successor entity performing similar functions.

  • Day-ahead Energy Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix. Day-ahead Energy Market Injection Congestion Credits: “Day-ahead Energy Market Injection Congestion Credits” shall mean those congestion credits paid to Market Participants for supply transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market including generation schedules, Increment Offers, Up-to Congestion Transactions, import transactions, and Day-Ahead Pseudo-Tie Transactions. Day-ahead Energy Market Transmission Congestion Charges: “Day-ahead Energy Market Transmission Congestion Charges” shall be equal to the sum of Day- ahead Energy Market Withdrawal Congestion Charges minus [the sum of Day-ahead Energy Market Injection Congestion Credits plus any congestion charges calculated pursuant to the Joint Operating Agreement between the Midcontinent Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM Rate Schedule FERC No. 38), plus any congestion charges calculated pursuant to the Joint Operating Agreement Among and Between New York Independent System Operator Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM Rate Schedule FERC No. 45), plus any congestion charges calculated pursuant to agreements between the Office of the Interconnection and other entities, as applicable)]. Day-ahead Energy Market Withdrawal Congestion Charges: “Day-ahead Energy Market Withdrawal Congestion Charges” shall mean those congestion charges collected from Market Participants for withdrawal transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market from transactions including Demand Bids, Decrement Bids, Up-to Congestion Transactions, Export Transactions, and Day-Ahead Pseudo-Tie Transactions. Day-ahead Loss Price:
