NYMEX Pricing definition

NYMEX Pricing means, as of any date of determination with respect to any month (i) for crude oil, the closing settlement price for the Light, Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) futures contract for such month, and (ii) for natural gas, the closing settlement price for the Natural Gas (Xxxxx Hub) futures contract for such month, in each case as published by New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) on its website currently located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, or any successor thereto (as such price may be corrected or revised from time to time by the NYMEX in accordance with its rules and regulations).
NYMEX Pricing means, as of any date of determination with respect to any month (i) for crude oil, the closing settlement price for the Light, Sweet Crude Oil futures contract for each month, and (ii) for natural gas, the closing settlement price for the Xxxxx Hub Natural Gas futures contract for such month, in each case as published by New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) on its website currently located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, or any successor thereto (as such price may be corrected or revised from time to time by the NYMEX in accordance with its rules and regulations). If, with the consent of the Administrative Agent, the relevant benchmarks used in any Reserve Report change, then NYMEX Pricing shall refer to such new benchmarks.
