New Benchmarks. A benchmark classification system with an underlying point factor plan is utilized to classify jobs. The Employer is responsible for developing new benchmarks. When a new benchmark is developed, the Employer will evaluate the benchmark using the point factor plan, and will assign a pay grade. The Employer will provide new benchmarks to the Union for the purpose of reviewing the job evaluation points and pay grade. The Union has thirty (30) days to object to the job evaluation points and/or pay grade. In the case of objection, the parties will engage in discussions and attempt to resolve the matter. Where the Employer and Union can’t resolve the dispute over job evaluation points and/or pay grade, the matter may be referred to an arbitrator for expedited arbitration, in accordance with Article 31.04.

  • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the CPF shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other relevant factors in making renewal decisions.

  • Performance Frameworks ‌ The School's academic, organizational, and financial performance under this Charter Contract shall be evaluated using the Academic, Organizational, and Financial Performance Frameworks, respectively, attached as Exhibit B to this Charter Contract. The specific terms, forms, and requirements of the Performance Frameworks, including any required indicators, measures, metrics, and targets, are maintained and disseminated by the Commission and shall be binding on the School. Material changes to the Performance Frameworks shall require approval by the Commission.

  • Performance Framework Service Agreements are a central component of the NSW Health Performance Framework, which documents how the Ministry monitors and assesses the performance of public sector health services to achieve expected service levels, financial performance, governance and other requirements. The performance of a health service is assessed on whether the organisation is meeting the strategic objectives for NSW Health and government, the Premier’s Priorities and performance against key performance indicators. The availability and implementation of governance structures and processes, and whether there has been a significant critical incident or sentinel event also influences the assessment.   • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria. The Government will evaluate proposals against established selection criteria specified in the task order RFP. Generally, the Government's award decision will be based on selection criteria which addresses past performance, technical acceptability, proposal risk and cost. Among other sources, evaluation of past performance may be based on past performance assessments provided by TO Program Managers on individual task orders performed throughout the life of the contract. The order of importance for the factors will be identified in the RFP for the specified task order.

  • Performance indicators and targets The purpose of the innovation performance indicators and targets is to assist the University and the Commonwealth in monitoring the University's progress against the Commonwealth's objectives and the University's strategies for innovation. The University will report principal performance information and aim to meet the innovation performance indicators and targets set out in the following tables.

  • Metrics The DISTRICT and PARTNER will partake in monthly coordination meetings at mutually agreed upon times and dates to discuss the progress of the program Scope of Work. DISTRICT and PARTNER will also mutually establish criteria and process for ongoing program assessment/evaluation such as, but not limited to the DISTRICT’s assessment metrics and other state metrics [(Measures of Academic Progress – English, SBAC – 11th grade, Redesignation Rates, mutually developed rubric score/s, student attendance, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) data)]. The DISTRICT and PARTNER will also engage in annual review of program content to ensure standards alignment that comply with DISTRICT approved coursework.   • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.
