Object to Be Serviced definition

Object to Be Serviced means any object on which the Services are to be performed, including, but not limited to, Goods.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Service on such Object to Be Serviced, which has been or is located in a BSL3 or BSL4 environment, may need to be performed remotely by Sartorius.

  • Customer shall inform Sartorius in advance of any scheduled service in the event the Object to Be Serviced has been or is located in a BSL3 or BSL4 environment and, at the time of such notice, shall either (i) provide Sartorius with a Declaration of Decontamination and Cleaning of Equipment and Components Form (“Decontamination Form”) for such Object to be Serviced, or (ii) inform Sartorius in writing as to why Company is not able to provide such Form to Sartorius.

  • The warranty shall not entail that the Object to Be Serviced maintain metrological specifications that were changed as a result of improper use.

  • Customer shall ensure that existing insurance coverage is maintained for the Object to Be Serviced, and only upon Customer's express request and at Customer’s expense will Sartorius obtain insurance to cover such risks.

  • Insofar as special diagrams or instruction manuals are required for the Object to Be Serviced, Customer shall provide these in due time to Sartorius.

  • Initial Optional Purchase Date The first Distribution Date following the date on which the Aggregate Loan Balance is less than 10.00% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Repurchase Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6(a).

  • Put Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.4.

  • Optional Purchase Date As defined in Section 8.01(a) of the Servicing Agreement. Optional Purchase Percentage: 10.00%.

  • Mandatory Purchase Notice means, in connection with the Mandatory Purchase of VRDP Shares, a notice substantially in the form attached to the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement as Exhibit B, delivered by the Fund or the Tender and Paying Agent on behalf of the Fund to the Holders and the Liquidity Provider in accordance with the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement specifying a Mandatory Purchase Date.
