Occupational Certificate definition

Occupational Certificate means the certificate issued by the Local Authority that the Unit is fit for occupation in terms of the conditions of Subdivision.
Occupational Certificate means, in respect of a designated occupation, a certificate that is granted under section 36 of the Act to a person who has met the criteria established under the Act for a person to be granted that certificate;
Occupational Certificate means an occupational certificate issued under subsection 19.1(2). (« certificat d'aptitude professionnelle »)
