Occurrence Date definition

Occurrence Date. As defined in Section 16.4.
Occurrence Date means the earliest possible Date of Discovery of an incident of an actual or attempted fraudulent, dishonest or criminal act or series of related acts, whether committed by one or more persons. Program means the offerings provided and issued by the Policyholder or Policyholder’s customer to the Subscribers.
Occurrence Date has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.6.
