OECD Member Nation means a member nation of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.
Council Member means a member of the Council;
home Member State means either of the following:
Member of the University Community means any person who is a volunteer including high school students, an enrolled student, faculty or staff member, University official, any other person employed by the University or campus visitors.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
parent financial holding company in a Member State means a financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in the same Member State;
parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State means a mixed financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in that same Member State;
Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.
Member bank means a national bank, state bank, or trust company which is a member of the United States federal reserve system.
Member means a member of the Board;
Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
EEA national means a national of one of the following countries:

Traditional member of the National Guard or federal reserves means an active member of the Selected Reserve subject to mobilization and deployment for which he or she attends monthly and annual training periods.
member of Her Majesty s forces posted overseas” means a person who is a member of the regular forces or the reserve forces (within the meaning of section 374 of the Armed Forces Act 2006), who is absent from the dwelling that the person normally occupies as his home because the person has been posted outside of Great Britain to perform the duties of a member of Her Majesty’s regular forces or reserve forces; and
Foreign terrorist organization means an organization designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the United States secretary of state as authorized by 8 U.S.C. Section 1189.
Member Association means any national football association affiliated to FIFA, irrespective of whether its representative team is participating in the Competition.
Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.
