off-licence definition

off-licence means a separate premises or distinct part of a Public House that has its own off-street entrance, and that is used solely by the Licensee for the retail selling of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises.
off-licence means a licence for the sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises;
off-licence means a licence for the sale of alcoholic drink to be consumed elsewhere than on the premises.

More Definitions of off-licence

off-licence means a licence to sell liquor to be consumed elsewhere than on the premises where the liquor is sold;
off-licence means any class or grade of retail sales licence issued under this Act which is exercisable on stated licensed premises and which authorizes the licensee thereunder to sell liquor by retail sale for consumption off the said relevant licensed premises only;
off-licence means a licence of that type described in Schedule 2 and “off- licensee” is to be construed accordingly;
off-licence means alicence that, subject to this Act and the conditions of the licence, authorises the licensee to sell liquor on the licensed premises, but only for consumption otherwise than on those premises. "on-licence" means a licence that, subject to this Act and the conditions of the licence, authorises the licensee to sell liquor on the licensed premises, but only for consumption on those premises. "on-licence to sell liquor at a function" means:
off-licence means a licence of the sixth or seventh category ;
off-licence means a licence for the sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises; “premises” includes any land, building or part of a building, tent, caravan, or other temporary or moveable structure, ship or other vessel, aircraft, railway wagon or other vehicle (whether stationary or otherwise) and any storage container used to transport alcohol products or relevant things; “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Minister;
off-licence means a licence issued in respect of premises specified in the licence and which authorises the sale of all types of alcohol by retail on the premises for consumption off the premises only;
