Project Highway means the Site comprising the existing road {, proposed bypasses and tunnels} forming part of [NH-** from km ** to km **] and all Project Assets, and its subsequent development and augmentation in accordance with this Agreement;
Pedestrian means any person afoot.
Roads means streets, roads, and highways.
Primary highway means any highway, other than an inter- state highway, at any time officially designated as a part of the fed- eral−aid primary system by the department and approved by the appropriate authority of the federal government.
Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;
Passageway means a pathway that is unobstructed clear to the sky and extends from a street to one entrance of the accessory dwelling unit.
Through highway means every street or highway as provided in section 4511.65 of the Revised Code.
Amenity means roads, streets, open spaces, parks recreational grounds, play grounds, gardens, water supply, electric supply, street lighting, sewerage, drainage, public works and other utilities, services and conveniences.
Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)
footpath means a road over which there is a public right of way for pedestrians only, not being a footway;
Interstate highway means a highway route on the interstate system as defined in and designated pursuant to Title 23 of the United States Code, prior to the effective date of this act.
parking bay means any area of a parking place which is provided for the leaving of a vehicle and indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place;
Tunnel means one or more holes under or through the ground, mountains, rock formations, or other natural or man-made material, including roads, railroads, pipelines, and other means of transporting vehicles, people, or goods through any such tunnel, whether located in the tunnel or, to the extent the same connects the tunnel to other similar facilities, located outside the tunnel. "Tunnel" also means any ventilation, drainage, and support facilities, toll collection facilities, administrative facilities, and other facilities necessary or convenient to the acquisition, construction, improvement, equipping, operation, or maintenance of the tunnel or to the operation of the tunnel district, whether located within or without the tunnel.
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
Amenities “Amenities” are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.
Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Railroad facilities means right of way and related
Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.
taxiway means a defined path on a land aerodrome established for the taxiing of aircraft and intended to provide a link between one part of the aerodrome and another, including:
Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;
Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.
Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;
