Offer Advertisement definition

Offer Advertisement means an advertisement to be published through the Copenhagen Stock Exchange A/S and published, issued or otherwise placed in one or more daily Danish national newspapers by or on behalf of Bidco announcing or otherwise setting out the terms and conditions of the Offer in accordance with Section 9 of the Danish Takeover Order.
Offer Advertisement means any Advertisement made by the Company, subject to the applicable provisions of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and the Companies Act, in connection with the Offer inter alia including any notices, addendum, corrigendum, statutory advertisement, announcement in relation to the filing of the DRHP with SEBI, advertisement for opening or closure of the Offer, announcement of floor price or price band as may be decided by the Company in consultation with the BRLMs and advertisement for the Basis of Allotment and Offer Price including any amendments, supplements, notices, corrigenda/addenda thereto.
