Offer list definition

Offer list means a list of projects prioritized for receiving financial assistance from the centennial program.
Offer list means the list of Business Employees set forth on Section 6.1(a) of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedules that Purchaser (or an Affiliate thereof) shall make a Qualifying Offer to pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof.
Offer list has the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a)(iii).
