Offered Unit definition

Offered Unit means the units of the Issuer offered for sale under this Prospectus, whereby each Offered Unit is comprised of one Unit Share and one-half of one Offered Warrant.
Offered Unit has the meaning given to it above;
Offered Unit has the meaning ascribed thereto on the face page of this Agreement; “Offering” means the issuance and sale of the Units pursuant to this Agreement;

Examples of Offered Unit in a sentence

  • Each Offered Unit shall consist of (i) one Common Share (as defined herein) (a “Unit Share”) and (ii) one Common Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”).
