If the Company elects to exercise its Right of First Refusal, the parties shall consummate the sale of the Offered Warrant within 20 days after the Company received the Offer Notice.
If the Holder does not effectuate such transfer within ninety (90) days after the expiration of such ten (10)-day period, it must again first comply with this Section 25 prior to effectuating any such transfer of the Offered Warrant.
Any Offered Warrant Rights not sold within such 90-day period shall continue to be subject to the requirements of this Section 7.
Each Offered Unit consists of one common share in the capital of SRHI (a "Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant in the capital of SRHI (an "Offered Warrant").
