Offering Warrants definition

Offering Warrants means the warrants described in paragraph 7 of the Letter between the Company and Paramount Capital, Inc. dated January 28, 1997.

Offering Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 8.

Offering Warrants means the warrants to purchase Common Shares that are issued to the purchasers of the Offering Shares.
