Office Parcel definition

Office Parcel means that portion of the Land described on Exhibit A-3.
Office Parcel means the land described on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, together with all of Office Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the streets, alleys and right-of-ways which abut such real property, and any easement rights, air rights, subsurface rights, development rights, water rights or other appurtenances to such land.
Office Parcel. The term "Office Parcel" means and refers to that parcel of real property more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

  • The list will also include columns for each parcel’s Parcel Number, Book and Page, Legal Descriptions, Assessor’s Office Parcel ID Numbers, and a summary of all of the property takings (e.g. ROW, PDE, TCE, etc…).

More Definitions of Office Parcel

Office Parcel means one of the parcels as shown on the Vesting Tentative Map and the Phasing Plan as designated primarily for Office use.
Office Parcel means that portion of Ballston Metro Center, described in Exhibit D hereto, leasehold title to which is vested as of the date hereof in Ballston Office Limited Partnership, but excluding the Garage Residual Rights.
Office Parcel as such terms are defined in the UDD. “Operating Lease” shall mean that certain Lease Agreement dated December 31, 2012 by and between PR LCP Austin Hotel TH LLC and PLCP Austin Hotel Leaseco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “Operating Tenant” shall mean PLCP Austin Hotel Leaseco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the tenant under the Operating Lease and the “Owner” (as defined by the Management Agreement) under the Management Agreement. “Owner's Title Policy” shall mean a standard TLTA owner's title insurance policy issued by the Title Company in the amount of the Purchase Price. “Parking Easement” shall mean that certain Surface Parking Easement Agreement dated February 15, 2006 and recorded under document No. 200629621, as amended and restated by that certain Parking Easement Agreement dated May 17, 2006 and recorded as Document No. 0000000000 in the Real Property Records of Xxxxxx County, Texas as further: (i) amended by that certain First Amendment to Parking Easement Agreement dated May 16, 2008 recorded as Document No. 2008082369 in the Real Property Records of Xxxxxx County, Texas; and (ii) supplemented by that certain Garage Delivery Date Acknowledgement dated August 12, 2011. “Permitted Exceptions” shall mean and include all of the following, subject to the rights of Buyer to object to title and survey matters pursuant to Article 3: (a) applicable zoning, building and land use Laws, (b) such state of facts as is disclosed by the Survey, (c) the lien of taxes, assessments and other governmental charges or fees not yet due and payable, (d) any exceptions caused by any Buyer's Representative, (e) any exception that the Title Company agrees to affirmatively insure over in accordance with the terms hereof, (f) the rights of the tenants under the Leases, (g) the UDD; (h) the Parking Easement; and (i) any matters deemed to constitute additional Permitted Exceptions under Section 3.1. Permitted Exceptions shall not include any matters of record created by Seller in violation of Section 8.
Office Parcel means the land and approximately 120,493 square foot office building located at 0000 0xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and labeled “#1-Birmingham News 4-Story Office Building” as reflected on the drawing attached as Exhibit A and currently assessed in the Jefferson County Tax Assessor’s Office as Tax Parcel No. 22-00-36-1-028-003.000.
Office Parcel is hereby added as follows:
Office Parcel means the portion of the Property on which the Office Buildings are located.
Office Parcel the parcel of land described on Schedule 1.1.55.
