Vesting Tentative Map definition

Vesting Tentative Map means a “tentative map” for a residential subdivision, as defined in this chapter, which shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words “Vesting Tentative Map” at the time it is filed in accordance with Section 8-

Vesting Tentative Map has the meaning set forth in Recital D.6.

Vesting Tentative Map means a Tentative Map, which meets the requirements of Section 66452 of the Government Code and Section 90803.03 of this Division.

More Definitions of Vesting Tentative Map

Vesting Tentative Map means a tentative subdivision map for Planning Area 9 in substantial conformance with the draft map attached hereto as Exhibit G

Vesting Tentative Map shall have that meaning set forth in Section 1.02(f) of this Development Agreement.

Vesting Tentative Map means a tentative map which shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words “vesting tentative map” at the time it is filed, in accordance with this Title, and Section 66452 of the Government Code and is thereafter processed in accordance with these provisions and the Subdivision Map Act.
