Office Sublease definition

Office Sublease means the Sublease dated September 1, 2001, between Restaurant Company, as sublandlord, and Xxxxx, as subtenant, for office space located within the premises described in the Restaurant Lease, the subtenant’s interest in which has been assigned to and assumed by the Partnership under the Purchase Agreement.
Office Sublease means the sublease from the Sellers to the Buyers containing the terms set forth in Exhibit H, in satisfactory form to the landlord, the Sellers and the Buyers, of the Real Property described in Exhibit H.

Office Sublease means that certain Office Sublease dated March 15, 2002, between Purchaser and Gulf States Theatres, Inc., a Louisiana corporation, in substantially the same form attached as Appendix M.
Office Sublease means payments for office space and ancillary services paid to Contran Corporation pursuant to the terms of the Office Sublease Agreement between Contran Corporation and Kronos Worldwide, Inc. dated as of September 1, 2019, as amended from time to time.

  • Permitted Sublease means a sublease permitted under Section 7.2.7 of the Lease.

  • Approved Lease means (a) each existing Lease as of the Closing Date as set forth in the Leasing Affidavit and (b) each Lease entered into after the Closing Date in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Section 9.09 as such leases and related documents shall be Modified as permitted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
