  • Promptly upon a Responsible Officer of the Guarantor becoming aware that the Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries has received formal notice that it has become the subject of any material action or investigation under any Sanctions, the Guarantor shall, to the extent permitted by law, supply to the Administrative Agent details of any such material action or investigation.
