Official Entity definition
Official Entity has the meaning specified in Section 12.2.2.
Official Entity means any regulator, government, government body, governmental or administrative agency, any self-regulatory body recognised as such under applicable law or official trade body, but not a pensions entity.
Official Entity has the meaning specified in Section 12.2.2. “Original Agreement” has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
Examples of Official Entity in a sentence
Seller will provide the Buyer with the following documents for payment: • Certificate of Origin certified by any local Chamber of Commerce / Official Entity • Commercial Invoice • Stowage Plan • Complete set of clean onboard Bills of Lading marked "Freight Payable as per Charter Party" and notify: The Receiver.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Company under these T&Cs is a U.S. Official Entity and receiving Notices in its home state, these T&Cs shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of that home state without regard to rules of conflict of laws.
