Section 12.2.2. 38 Nothing contained in this section shall in any regard limit the operation of other sections of this 39 Article. 40
Section 12.2.2. 41 The Association will refund to the District any amounts paid to it in error. 42
Section 12.2.2. 15 Expenses in materials to establish courses of study within the confines of the District which would 16 be of mutual benefit to the employee and the District.
Section 12.2.2. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 15 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the end of the school year.
Section 12.2.2. 18 Premiums which have not been paid after maximum committed has been expended shall be paid by 19 payroll deduction by each employee so affected. Effective 10/1/07 all payroll deductions for 20 medical benefits will automatically be deducted on a pre-tax basis unless a written request has been 21 made to the District Office. 23 ARTICLE X I I I 25 UNION MEMBERSHIP AND CHECKOFF 26 28 The Union will provide a list to TSD Payroll of those members who have agreed to Union membership. In 29 addition, upon request, the District shall have access to view or obtain a copy of the membership 30 authorization. The Union will be the custodian of the records related to Union membership/dues deduction
Section 12.2.2. 18 Proxies will be honored in the event an employee is not going to be present at their bidding time due to 19 unforeseen circumstances but has submitted a written anticipated return-to-work date. The employee is 20 responsible for giving a copy of the written consent for a proxy to the Association Xxxxxxx stating the 22 proxy. The consent shall be given to the Association Xxxxxxx on or before the Friday prior to the August 23 in-service bid date.
Section 12.2.2. 24 An employee on layoff status shall file his/her address, in writing, with the Human Resources 25 office of the District and shall thereafter promptly (within thirty [30] workdays) advise the 26 District, in writing, of any change of address. In the event an employee fails to notify the 27 District of such change and a position is filled (within the thirty [30] workdays), the employee 28 shall remain in layoff status and the position selection shall stand.
Section 12.2.2. 34 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 35 subsection, the employee shall submit to his/her immediate supervisor within ten (10) work
