Official Summary definition

Official Summary means the brief summary of a CR, IR, LAG, or hearing, as more particularly described in Sections III.A.6, III.B.12, IV.C.8, and IV.H.8, respectively, of these by-laws.

Examples of Official Summary in a sentence

  • The content and publication of the Official Summary shall be subject to the rules relating to anonymity, review, timing, and other relevant procedures that are set forth in Section IV.H.8 of these By-laws.
