Official Summary definition

Official Summary means the brief summary of a CR, IR, LAG, or hearing, as more particularly described in Sections III.A.6, III.B.12, IV.C.8, and IV.H.8, respectively, of these by-laws.

• The content and publication of the Official Summary shall be subject to the rules relating to anonymity, review, timing, and other relevant procedures that are set forth in Section IV.H.8 of these By-laws.

• If the dismissed student has indicated an intention to file an Appeal before the Official Summary is due to be released, such fact shall be included in the Official Summary.

• The Official Summary shall describe the Act in question in accordance with past procedure, as more fully described in Attachment C.
