Old Indentures definition

Old Indentures means (i) the Indenture, dated as of October 9, 2009 (the “Base Indenture”), among the Company, the subsidiary guarantors named therein, and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, as the successor trustee, as amended and supplemented by the Third Supplemental Indenture, dated as of March 14, 2011, among the Company, the subsidiary guarantors named therein and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, as the successor trustee, relating to the Company’s 7 3⁄4% Senior Notes due 2019, (ii) the Base Indenture, as amended and supplemented by the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of June 5, 2012, among the Company, the subsidiary guarantors named therein and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, as the successor trustee, relating to the Company’s 9 1⁄2% Senior Notes due 2020 and (iii) the Indenture, dated as of March 13, 2015, among the Company, the subsidiary guarantors named therein, and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, as the successor trustee, relating to the Company’s Old Senior Secured Notes.
Old Indentures means the indentures, dated as of March 30, 2006 and January 7, 2008, by and among the Issuers, the Guarantors and the Trustee, as the same may be modified, supplemented, amended, refinanced, renewed or replaced.
Old Indentures means the MAG Indenture, Mirant Indenture and the Mirant Fiscal Agency Agreement.

Examples of Old Indentures in a sentence

  • Except for purposes of effectuating the distributions under the Plan on the Effective Date, the Old Indentures shall be cancelled.

  • On the Effective Date, the Indenture Trustee shall receive an amount of Cash equal to the amount of its reasonable fees and expenses (including the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel retained by the Indenture Trustee), in accordance with and to the extent provided in the Old Indentures, whether incurred prior or subsequent to the Commencement Date, without application by or on behalf of the Old Indenture Trustee or its counsel to the Court.

  • The Old Indenture Trustees for the MAG Short-term Notes and the Mirant Notes, or their agents, shall make such Plan Distributions in accordance with the Old Indentures and such Plan Distributions shall be made directly to the registered holders of the MAG Short-term Notes and Mirant Notes in accordance with Section 10.9(f).

Old Indentures means Indentures (a) dated April 27, 1998, between Norwest, as trustee, and ICG Services, Inc., for the 9 7/8% Senior Notes due 2008; (b) dated February 12, 1998, between Norwest, as trustee, and ICG Services, Inc., for the 10% Senior Notes due 2008; (c) dated March 11, 1997, between Norwest, as trustee, and ICG Holdings, Inc., for the 11 5/8% Senior Notes due 2007; (d) dated April 30, 1996, between Norwest, as trustee, and ICG Telecom Group, Inc. (f/k/a Intelcom Group, Inc.) for the 12 1/2% Senior Notes due 2006; and (e) dated August 8, 1995, between Norwest, as trustee, and ICG Telecom Group, Inc. (f/k/a Intelcom Group, Inc.), for the 13 1/2% Senior Notes due 2005, pursuant to which the Old Notes were issued and are outstanding.
Old Indentures means the indentures pursuant to which the Old Subordinated Notes were issued by O'Brien.

Old Indentures means, collectively, the Note Indenture and the Series B Note Indenture.
