Older Persons definition

Older Persons means a person who, in the case of a male, is sixty-five years or older and, in the case of a female, is sixty years of age or older;

  • Older person means an individual who is at least fifty-five (55) years of age and qualified to reside in a Housing For Older Persons Project.

  • Individuals means the person(s) who is the subject of PHI and includes a person who qualifies as a personal representative in accordance with 45 CFR 164.502(g).

  • Releasing Persons means the Plaintiff, on behalf of himself and the Settlement Class Members, and each and every Settlement Class Member, as well as their respective spouses, heirs, executors, successors, representatives, agents, parents, mandataries, tutors, curators and assigns;

  • Displaced Persons means persons who, on account of the execution of the Project, have experienced or would experience direct economic and social impacts caused by: (a) the involuntary taking of land, resulting in: (i) relocation or loss of shelter; (ii) loss of assets or access to assets; or (iii) loss of income sources or means of livelihood, whether or not such persons must move to another location; or (b) the involuntary restriction of access to legally designated parks and protected areas, resulting in adverse impacts on the livelihood of such persons; and a “Displaced Person” means any of such Displaced Persons.

  • Trafficking in persons means the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation. Exploitation shall include, at a minimum, the exploitation of the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labour or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude or the removal of organs;

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Handicapped person means any person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, has a record of such an impairment, or is regarded as having such an impairment.

  • Key Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2A.

  • Broad-Based Black Economic Empower-ment Act means the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003);

  • Restricted Persons shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9(i).
