O&M Reserve Requirement definition

O&M Reserve Requirement means the amount calculated on or before July 1 of each year by the Management Committee to be equal to one quarter (1/4) of the projected amount of Operation and Maintenance Expenses for the immediately succeeding fiscal year as such amount may be revised upward or downward during the course of such fiscal year.
O&M Reserve Requirement means $2,570,000.
O&M Reserve Requirement has the meaning assigned to it in Appendix A to the MSA.

More Definitions of O&M Reserve Requirement

O&M Reserve Requirement means, as of any Quarterly Date following the Project Account Funding Date, an amount equal to total O&M Costs (other than O&M Costs for insurance and those described in clause (b) of the definition of O&M Costs) scheduled to be due and payable under the then current Annual Operating Budget within six months after such Quarterly Date.
