Run-off means any rainwater, leachate, or other liquid that drains over land from any part of a facility.
PTO means the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Weeks Pay' means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned:
Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the relevant location on a Business Day.
Period of Affordability means the time during which HOME Loan financed units must remain affordable to eligible households, as defined by HOME program regulations and this Plan. The Period of Affordability shall commence upon completion of the project and shall run for the period required under HOME regulations or the term of the HOME Loan, whichever is greater. Completion shall be defined as set forth in the HUD regulations for the HOME program.
Appropriate List Matching Data means (A) account registration and alternate payee data, to the extent made appropriate by statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists, (ii) data determined by BNYM in light of statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5), and (iii) data the parties agree in writing to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5).
Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.
Accrued Day(s) Off means the paid day(s) off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of this award.
Recoupment Period means the three fiscal years completed immediately preceding the date of any applicable Recoupment Trigger Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Recoupment Period additionally includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following those three completed fiscal years, provided that a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine (9) to twelve (12) months would be deemed a completed fiscal year.
How We Will Calculate Your Balance We use a method called "average daily balance (including new purchases)." See Your Account Agreement for details.
Continuation Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
Working Week means an average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17-week reference period.
Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.
Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.
Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.
Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.
Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.
Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.
Contact Hour Funds means the funds paid or payable by the Department under this Contract for the Scheduled Hours of supervised training and assessment reported for a Skills First Student. Contract means this VET Funding Contract and includes all schedules, annexures, attachments, plans and specifications and exhibits to it. Contract Notification means a document issued by the Department via the SVTS that either provides specific information or advice about aspects of this Contract or formally notifies the Training Provider of a variation to this Contract. Control means, with regard to an entity:
Affordability Period means the period during which the average rent in a Project is required to be maintained at an affordable level, as determined in accordance with the Program Guidelines or as otherwise established by the County;
Carryover means the provision under Section 42 of the IRC and Rule 67-48.028, F.A.C., which allows a Development to receive a Housing Credit Allocation in a given calendar year and be placed in service by the close of the second calendar year following the calendar year in which the allocation is made.
lay-off means the termination of an employee's employment because of lack of work or because of the discontinuance of a function;
Unused means the Insured’s financial Loss of any whole, partial or prorated prepaid nonrefundable components of a Trip that are not depleted or exhausted, including award travel expenses.
Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.
