OnDemand Service definition

OnDemand Service means the Software as a Service provided by Questionmark to Customer using Questionmark Technology and provided by Questionmark to the Customer for the creation, delivery, monitoring and reporting of Assessments.
OnDemand Service means the Software-As-A-Service using Questionmark Technology and provided by Questionmark to the Customer for the configuring, delivery, monitoring and reporting of Assessments. Order means the written quotation for the Services provided by Questionmark, which has been accepted by the Customer, or such other terms agreed and documented by the Parties in writing, including but not limited to on a webpage and/or in a web form agreed to by Customer on Test Publisher’s website. Questionmark’s invoice shall constitute part of the Order.
OnDemand Service means the software- as-a-service using Questionmark Technology and provided by Questionmark to the Customer for the creation, delivery, monitoring and reporting of Services as defined in the terms and conditions agreed in the Order (or most recent quotation for Services provided by Questionmark).

Examples of OnDemand Service in a sentence

  • The OnDemand Service includes a function for archiving and exporting Assessments, results and other data.

  • Lanyon will provide Client online access to and use of the OnDemand Service via the Internet by use of a Lanyon-approved Client-provided browser.

  • Questionmark makes at least daily backups of Customer Data In the OnDemand Service but is not responsible for Customer’s deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any such information or Customer Data including but not limited to Customer’s failure to make its own regular backups.

  • If Customer wants to upload executable software code into the OnDemand Service, Customer will pass such code to Questionmark prior to upload, so Questionmark can undertake an appropriate security vulnerability review.

  • Service Name Description Provision OnDemand Service Support Maintenance of the OnDemand Service 24 x 7 to maintain uptime.

  • Maintenance of the OnDemand Service does not consume support hours.

  • Where the Service Configuration permits access to the OnDemand Service through Questionmark Application Program Interfaces (“APIs”), Customer will only access the OnDemand Service through the APIs and in accordance with the Documentation and Questionmark’s instructions.

  • As at the Commencement Date, as far as Questionmark is aware, the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for the OnDemand Service in accordance with the Commerce Control List contained in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations or other relevant export regulations promulgated by a U.S. federal agency is EAR99.

  • Customer will ensure that Customer’s Designated Contacts subscribe to Questionmark’s OnDemand Service news feed during the Term.

  • Questionmark may provide general operational announcements to all users of the OnDemand Service by other means, including email.
