OnDemand Services definition

OnDemand Services means services available through the Platform which are available for a fee.
OnDemand Services means the software as a service and other services identified in the Order Form and associated Support.

  • If You install or enable Non-Exigo Applications for use with the Infrastructure, Custom Services, and/or On-Demand Services, You acknowledge that We may allow providers of those Non-Exigo Applications to access Your Data as required for the interoperation of such Non-Exigo Applications with the Infrastructure, Custom Services, and/or On-Demand Services.

  • Client agrees that it does not acquire under the Agreement any license to use the Products in excess of the scope and/or duration of the OnDemand Services.

  • Client is solely responsible for monitoring its authorized users’ access to and use of the OnDemand Services.

  • Client’s right to use the OnDemand Services is limited by the number of License Metrics licensed.

  • We shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You, including Customers, relating to the operation of the Infrastructure and/or On-Demand Services.

  • It is Client’s responsibility to ensure that all appropriate users receive initial training services sufficient to enable Client to effectively use the OnDemand Services, as applicable.

  • During this placement, the IEP team consisting of base school personnel, parents, student and Oak Ridge staff will work to determine if the student’s offense was related to the student’s disability and hold a manifestation determination.

  • Look at your current strategic sourcing process to identify potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

  • Lanyon regularly updates the OnDemand Services and reserves the right to add and/or substitute functionally equivalent features in the event of product unavailability, end-of-life, or changes to software requirements.

Related to OnDemand Services

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Authorized Services shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
