OnDemand Services means services available through the Platform which are available for a fee.

Examples of OnDemand Services in a sentence

  • Client will comply with the user authentication requirements for use of the OnDemand Services.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, updates to the OnDemand Services are subsequent releases to the standard Lanyon products, excluding Developed Materials or customizations.

  • Client’s right to use the OnDemand Services is limited by the number of License Metrics licensed.

  • The initial term of each of the OnDemand Services is specified in the Order Form (“Initial Term”) and shall automatically renew for the same length as the Initial Term unless either party gives written notice 45 days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any renewal Term of its intention to terminate the Services described in the applicable Order Form.

  • Client agrees that it does not acquire under the Agreement any license to use the Products in excess of the scope and/or duration of the OnDemand Services.

  • Data, including, but not limited to, hotel information, program information, contact information, and other related data, may be provided by Client in order to facilitate their use of the OnDemand Services.

  • Lanyon may suspend or terminate any user’s access to the OnDemand Services upon notice in the event that Lanyon reasonably determines that such user has violated the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Amounts paid or payable for OnDemand Services are not contingent upon the performance of any Professional Services.

  • Client is solely responsible for monitoring its authorized users’ access to and use of the OnDemand Services.

  • Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining at its own expense, all equipment needed to access the OnDemand Services, including but not limited to Internet access and adequate bandwidth.

Related to OnDemand Services

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Post Stabilization Services means covered services related to an emergency medical or behavioral health condition provided after the condition is stabilized.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Authorized Services shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.
